How to
Prepare a pot with water over medium heat. Add the potatoes, carrots, peas, and eggs, and cook until done. Then, cut all the ingredients into small, evenly sized pieces.

Place the salad in a dish, cover it, and refrigerate for about 1-2 hours. After chilling, remove from the fridge and garnish with fresh vegetables or herbs as desired.
