Shrimp Avocado Salad

Ingredients

A vegetable salad that combines the sweet flavor of fresh shrimp with premium avocado.

 

The ingredients : 

(for 2 people)

 

Fresh shrimp 2 cups
Avocado 2
Fresh vegetables or salad greens

(such as romaine lettuce, red onion, tomatoes)

of your choice
FRESH O’ Salad Cream 3 tablespoons
Salt 1/4 teaspoon
Pepper season to taste

 

How to

  1. Wash the salad greens and avocados, and cut them into small pieces.
  2. Prepare the shrimp by heating a pot of water over medium heat (do not let it boil vigorously). Once the water is hot, stir the water in a circular motion with a spatula and gently add the peeled shrimp to the pot. Cook for about 1-2 minutes until the shrimp start to turn pink. Remove and set aside.
  3. Arrange the salad greens (romaine lettuce, red onion, tomatoes) on a plate. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle with FRESH O’ creamy dressing and garnish with parsley.
